Part 1
Moving from my lovely birthplace , to a small town in the country, was a huge step for me. All my friends lived in and my family too, but anyway that was what I did a year ago to study fashion and culture and as my life has turned out so far, I will never regret it. was the place I met my husband and the father of my two children, but my life hasn’t been easy, we have had our ups and downs, but nothing we couldn’t and can’t handle.

“, are you sure you want to do this”? My childhood friend asked. “Yeah I am sure”! “But you can study fashion and culture in ”! “Yeah but it wouldn’t be the same I want to try something new”! “Then why not go to London instead of ”! “Because I want to stay in Ireland and I have heard only good things about the town”! “You know the band Westlife is originally from ”! “No I didn’t know that, but that’s cool”! I replied. “I am going to miss you , I thought we were going to study together all the way”! “, we can’t always be together, but we will always be best friends and you know that”! “Yeah but it wouldn’t be the same”! “Why not, we can talk together everyday and we can still do stuff together all the time, is in Ireland aswell as , we wouldn’t be so far apart”! She looked at me sad, “Well then I guess you have to finish packing”! “Yeah I do, but I will talk to you later”! I replied and walked back home, to pack the last stuff.
“You seem really sure about this”! My dad said. I looked up and there he stood in front of me, I hadn’t seen him for about a year, as he lived in London, with his new wife Fiona, who I didn’t like. “Dad what are you doing here it’s so good to see you”! I replied. “Well your mum told me that you were getting serious about moving to and now that I am here, you are almost done packing”! “Yeah I am very serious about it; I actually already have an apartment”! “Yeah your mum told me”! “When did you and mum start talking so much”? “We always talk a lot when it’s about our children”! “Yeah right”! “Come here and give me a hug”! He said and I did. “So when is the train leaving”? “In about an hour”! I replied a bit nervous to leave it all behind, but as I told it wasn’t far away. “Well let me drive you”! “Thanks dad”! I replied, he then took my suitcase and we went downstairs. “So mum are you coming with us to the train station”? “Yes of course, I want to say goodbye to my daughter properly”! “Mum it’s not goodbye 3 hours and I’ll be there, it won’t be a problem to visit me you know that”! “Yeah I know, I know”! “Good let’s get going or else I will be late for my train”! I said smiling. We all sat into the car and drove to the train station. “I can’t wait to see ”! “Hun you have been there for vacations when you were younger”! “Yeah I know, but it’s so many years ago. I am 28 and have finally decided to move to another city”! “Town, my girl, town. London is a city, is a city, but is a town”! “Yeah and I can’t wait”! I said. When my train arrived, I gave my parents a big hug and found my seat. When the train started to go I waved goodbye. Finally I was on my own, starting a whole new chapter of my life.
I hadn’t found an apartment, but I had been in contact with a family, who needed some light office help and by doing that work, I could have a room at their place for free.
When I arrived to , I hailed a cab and gave the driver the destination. “So you are staying at the ’s”! He asked looking at me in the rare mirror “Yeah, you know them”? I asked smiling. “Yeah everybody in this town know them, really nice people”! I couldn’t help but sighing with relief “I am glad to hear that, I might stay there for a couple of years”! “What are you doing here in ”? “Well I am going to study fashion”! “Why the hell did you come to to do that”? He asked surprised. “Because I wanted to try something new, meet new people and stuff”! “Okay. Well I am sure you are going to enjoy your stay here”! He said and stopped the car outside a big house. “Is this it”? I asked surprised. “Yeah it is”! “Thanks for the ride”! I said and paid him and stepped out and got my luggage. When I got up close a woman stood outside the house.
“Oh hi you must be , am I right”! “Yes that’s me, nice to meet you”! I said reaching out my hand, “Nice to meet you , I am ”! She said smiling while shaking my hand. “So is this your house”? I asked looking around. “No actually it’s my sons. You are going to stay here, he isn’t home that much through the year”!. She explained. “Okay”! She locked up the door and we went inside. “So this is it, if you go up the stairs you’ll find a room where you can sleep”! “Any room”!? “Yes it should be safe for you to pick one”! She said smiling. “Thank you so much”! I said and went upstairs. I looked around I loved all the rooms. But finally I decided on a huge one down the end with a fantastic view.
When I got downstairs again I smiled at , “So you are sure it’s not his bedroom I have taken”? I asked to be sure. “Yes his bedroom is down here, beside his office”! “Okay”! I said smiling. “And if you follow me to the office”! She said smiling and I did. “This is where you are going to be working just when you have the time”! I looked around, “This office is really beautiful”! “Yes isn’t it”! She said proud. “Well what do you want me to do”? I asked with excitement in my voice. “My son is in the band Westlife and he gets a lot of fan mail. Can you answer some of them for him”! “Yes is that all”? I asked. “Yes and of course send it”! “Sure”! “I think the fridge is empty so you better go buy some groceries”! She handed me a credit card. “No I can’t take that, I have my own money”! I said. “I would like you to fill up the fridge, is coming home in a couple of days and I would like him to eat”! She said with a carring voice. I smiled. “Sure of course”! “Good, well here is a key, it’s for the blue car in the garage”! “I get a car”! I said amazed by it all. “Yes of course”! “Okay thank you”! “Well I will leave you now and if you have any questions, then you just call me, my number and address is on the fridge, don’t hesitate to call”! “Thank you Mrs. ”! “No problem hun”! She then disappeared and I stood alone in a gigantic house. It was all too good to be true I had to call .

-WHAT…Nah you must be mistaken, why the hell would you be living in his house. -Because I am the one, who is helping him answer all the fan mail. I know it’s really crazy, but I promise you I am not lying. I got my own car and now I look at the keys, it must be a BMW.
-Oh my god, I really need to come visiting you!
-Yes, but let’s wait a while. I need to start my studying before and meet this guy before I invite people to his house.

-Okay well then. I better get going; I am going to find some food!
5 minutes after I stood in the garage. “OH MY GOD, this is just beautiful”! I said to myself. I opened the garage and drove out of it. I then closed it and opened the gate, drove out of it and closed that as well. I then drove into town; it was really a great sight. I parked the car and decided to walk around to look at the stores. Everywhere I went, people were so nice. I bought a lot of stuff and then carried it to the car and drove back to the house. When I came back home I filled up the fridge and did some cleaning I then took a long and hot shower. I put on my Pyjamas and went to ’s office.
There were a few sacks of fan mail and I started from the top. Letters like “ I love you, I love you, I love you”! Written 50 times before ending with a “Love yours Mrs. ”! Went directly to the bin! I then made a bunch with the letters, which I thought deserved an answer. After a couple of hours I went to bed.
“So , it’s so great that you are back home I have really missed you around here”! “Oh that’s nice of you , I am really happy to be home”! “Yeah, well are we going to yours or mine”? “What about we go to my place, haven’t been home for a while”! “Okay”! She said wrapping her arm around him.
“So where are you going, aren’t we using your bedroom this time”! She said giggling. “Yeah, I moved it upstairs. I wanted the best view in the house”! “Sounds romantic”! “It is”! He said smiling. He then dragged her to the bedroom. He dressed down to nothing and lay down on the bed. “ is it okay if I turn on the light”? “No just get undressed and come here”! She giggled, “You better help me”! She said and lay down upon him. They started kissing intense and then he rolled her over.
“ARRGHHHH, what the hell is happening here”! I said jumping up from the bed turning on the light. “Oh my god you are naked”! I screamed and put my hands before my eyes. “Who the hell is she”? The girl said jumping up as well. “I have no idea”! said. “Yeah right ”! She said and slapped him across the face. “I never want to see you again”! She yelled and ran out of the house.
“SO WHO THE HELL ARE YOU”! I l tried not to look at him while reaching out my hand to him. “You must be , nice to meet you”! He looked at me weird and put on his boxers. “I am only asking you one more time, who the hell are you and what are you doing in my bedroom”! “Oh sorry, your mam told me I could just choose one of the rooms, because your bedroom was downstairs”! “I changed that”! “Sorry”! I said ashamed. “So who are you”! “I am the one, who is going to sort out your fan mail”! I explained sad. “Oh…oh sorry”! “No, it’s okay I am the one who’s sorry, I will just go downstairs, sorry again ”! I replied and went for the door. “Sorry what’s your name”! “, I’ll probably see you tomorrow”! I said and then I walked downstairs. I went to the office and started to write back on some of the fan letters.
“What are you doing it’s 2am”! I looked up and there stood looking at me. “Yeah, well I am not sleepy anymore”! looked around, “Wow where is the rest of the fan mail”! “In the bin, it was crappy letters”! started to laugh, “Well I am glad you are doing this not me”! “I actually enjoy it. Some of the fans are really nice, but a lot of them are just crap”! “Yeah I know, that’s why I never get to answer them”! “I’ll make a standard letter on my laptop and you just have to sign it, I’ll mail them for you as well, no big deal, you can just sign 10 or 20 letters everyday you are home, so you don’t get bothered too much”! smiled, “Sounds good, thank you, why don’t you go to bed, I saw all the things upstairs, I’ll find another room”! “No, no it’s fine, I’ll just sleep on the couch”! “There is a bed in the room beside the office, you can take that one if you want”! He said not wanting her to sleep on the couch. “Thank you and I am really sorry about that girl earlier”! “It’s fine, she was just a flirt no one important”! He said smiling. “Okay, but sorry anyway”! “No problem sleep tight alright”! “I will you too, night”! “Night”! He then left the room and I could hear him walk up the stairs. “He is so perfect”! I sighed to myself smiling. I then turned of the light and went to the room beside the office. I lay down in the bed and soon after I fell a sleep.
“Breakfast’s ready”! I woke up by the sound of ’s voice. I put on my slippers and walked to the kitchen. “Morning sleeping beauty”! I smiled at him, he stood in a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. “Morning, are you making breakfast”? I asked. “Yes, I didn’t know what you wanted, so I made us eggs and bacon and I cut out some fruit for you”! “Thanks, sounds great”! I said and sat down by the table. “Don’t get use to it; it’s very rare it happens”! He said with a smile that reached his eyes. “I won’t don’t worry”! “Thanks for filling up my fridge by the way”! “No problem, you paid yourself”! started laughing and sat down. “So where are you from”? I smiled, “, just moved here to study fashion and culture, you are probably asking yourself why I moved up here to study”! “Yes actually”! He said with a curious look on his face. “Well because I wanted to try something different and I used to come here when I was a child”! “Okay fair enough, when do you start in school”! “In about 4 weeks, I’ll have to be finished with all the fan mail in your office before another bunch gets here”! smiled, “Never been a fan of ours”? “I like your voices and songs, but a fan, no, sorry”! I said blushing a bit. “I am more than fine with that”! “Well if you have time after breakfast, you can go signing some letters and I’ll mail them later this afternoon”! “Sure no problem, I am going golfing later today, will you be alright”? He asked. “Sure, will you be home for dinner”? “Yeah around dinner time”! “Then I’ll make dinner ready for you, you can text an hour before you get home”! “Sounds great”! said smiling.
“ I’ll take off now”! said popping his head around the doorframe to the office an hour later. “Okay have a nice time”! “Thank you, see you tonight”! “Yes”! I then continued sorting out all of his mail.
“Hey what’s up”! said looking at his mate. “Nothing much, looking forward to a day golfing”! “Yeah, me too, have been too long since the last time”! “So did you meet up with last night”? “Erm yes I did, but we are not seeing each other again”! “Oh why not”? asked thinking might have been the one for . “Well she found another girl in my bed”! said smiling. “What, who”? “My mum hired a girl to sort out all my fanmail, she’s brilliant”! “What was she doing in your bed”? “My mam had told her to just pick a room upstairs, because my bedroom was downstairs, little did she know that I changed that. So when and I rolled around naked we hit her and she started screaming”! said and couldn’t help but laughing. “So she has seen you naked”? “Yes, but she is very sweet about it”! said blushing. “Is she good looking”! “I think she is absolutely gorgeous”! “So you already fancy her”! “She’s making me dinner tonight”! “Well I thought we were going out”? said a bit disappointed. “Shit I forgot about that, remind me to call her later”! “Sure”! replied.
After a couple of hours the lads agreed to meet up later. “I will just go back home changing”! “Did you call her”? “No shit, then she is probably done cooking”! said sat into his car and drove of. When he came inside, it smelled delicious and he felt really bad. “”! He called out. “Oh good you’re home, dinner is ready”! I said glad to hear his voice. went into the kitchen and watched the most beautiful table. “I…erm I totally forgot I agreed to go out with and his girl, I am so sorry”! He said almost whispering. “Oh…well it’s okay”! “Why don’t you come with us”? He asked. “No, no it’s totally fine”! I replied not wanting to intrude his private life. “I am really sorry everything looks so beautiful and smells so lovely”! He said ashamed. “Yeah, but it’s totally fine, we are not a couple, you don’t owe me anything, I really hope you have a nice night”! I said and turned to the dinner again. I could feel tears in my eyes, I wanted to make him a perfect dinner and had been working in the kitchen for hours. “, are you sure you are okay”! He asked. “Yes totally fine, anyway I need to clean this mess up”! “I can cancel”? “No, not at all , go have fun it’s your first day home, I’ll see you tomorrow”! I said starting to clean up the mess I had on the kitchen table. Soon after I heard turning on the water to take a shower and my tears started to fall. I had no idea why, he was just very sweet and I wanted to make him a nice dinner, it was probably just because of the hard work I had done only to be disappointed. After cleaning I sat down starting to eat, meanwhile came down all dressed up. “How do I look”! He asked. “Very smart”! I said with a smile. “I am really sorry about dinner”! “It’s okay, it taste very nice, so I am just happy that I get it all to myself”! He smiled. “Well I better get going, don’t wait up”! “Never intended to, bye”! stopped smiling and went out the door.
I decided to call and told her the whole story, she offered to come up and eat with me, but when she would arrive, dinner would already be cold and about to come home. After dinner I went directly to bed I fell a sleep immediately, I was tired after spending the whole day in the kitchen.
“So how did she take it”? asked. “Well she acted like everything was fine. Dinner smelled delicious, I feel so bad, she had made the most beautiful table ready for us”! “I think she fancies you”! said smiling. “Well I don’t mind if she does, but all I really think she wants is for me to relax while I am back home”! “So why didn’t she go with you”? asked. “Yes that would have been really nice we would love to meet her”! said smiling. “Sorry guys, I asked her, but she didn’t want to”! said a bit sad. After hours in town getting drunk, called a cab to take him home.
“… are you awake”? I heard banging on my bedroom door and recognised ’s voice, a bit different than usually, he was probably very drunk. I opened the door and I was right, there he stood really drunk but still oh so handsome, “ I think it’s better if you go straight to bed”! I said a bit concerned. “I am so sorry”! He said. “About”? I asked a bit confused and very tired. “About dinner, I know you want the best for me”! “I do and right now I believe your bed is the best for you”! “Can’t I sleep in here with you”? “No , that’s not a good idea”! “Okay”! He said pouting his lip. “Good night ”! I said closed the door and went back to bed.
At 10am the next morning I woke up made myself a piece of toast and decided to get working on his mail. When I came into the office sat by the table signing all the letters. He looked up and smiled. “Morning”! “Morning , what are you doing up already”! I asked surprised. “I couldn’t sleep much, I am still feeling bad about last night, really my heart almost broke, when I saw the beautiful table you had set for us”! He said taking a break from the letters. “Well I just wanted you to relax now that you are home, but from now on, I think it’s best I just make my own dinner, you are obvious a busy man”! I said trying to smile. “That I am, but I would love it, if I could make you dinner tonight”! I looked at him, “I am sure, I am not going anywhere else, no matter what, just you and I”! He said. “Okay”! I said and sat down beside him. “You are not going to turn me down are you”? He asked. “No , I am not like that”! I replied. “So what are you like”? He asked interested. “Well I love sports I love music, love singing, I am not good at it, but it makes me relax”! just smiled. “What are you smiling at”? “Well nothing tell me more”! “Well I am 28 years old, I am single and I think it’s about time I take an education”! started to laugh, “I like you already, well I am 32 years old, I just became single after 7 years”! “”? “No not , is just a girl I met afterwards. Well I am the youngest of 7 children. I love my life as a singer and I am a sucker for girl movies”! I smiled. “Wow 7 children, how many do you want to have yourself”? “Not seven, but at least three”! “Got some already”? I asked knowing nothing about him. “Well , my ex girlfriend, got pregnant a few years back, but sadly we lost our baby, so no, no children”! “I am sorry to hear about your loss”! “Well it took some time to get over it, but I am perfectly well now, it was harder for . She was the one with something growing inside of her”! “Yeah, why did you guys break up”! “We reminded each other about the loss too much”! He said sad. “So you still love her”? “Yeah, I am not still in love with her, but I love her, after 7 years, it’s impossible not to, isn’t it”? “Well I don’t know, I was in a relationship for 5 years and I don’t love the lad anymore”! smiled, “Well maybe someday I will stop loving her”! I smiled, “Well are they all signed”? I asked looking down at all the letters and pictures. “Yes mam”! He replied. “Okay, I’ll send them later today”! I said and walked out of the office. “Hey ”! He yelled and I went back to the office, “Yes”? I asked. “Thanks for all your help, I promise you tonight will be amazing, I’ll turn off my phone”! “Okay sounds good; I think I’ll go for a run”! “Okay see you later hun”! When I went to my room I thought about the last word hun. When I was about to go out the head door looked at me, “Sorry about the hun thing, old habit”! “It’s okay , see ya”!
I really enjoyed the nature around , especially around ’s place, there were so quiet and I could listen to my music without being too careful.
After an hour I was back home. When I came inside I heard and a girl arguing. It sounded like their voices came from my bedroom. When I stood in the door I looked at both of them, “Is it okay if I take some clean clothes I need to take a shower”! “Oh hi , how was your run”! “I really enjoyed it, you should come sometime”! I said while I took my things. “I might”! He said smiling. The moment I left the room, the girl started to yell at him again. I went to shower and when I came downstairs sat on my bed alone. “What’s up”? “Well that was , she heard about you from ”! “Heard about me”? I asked. “Yeah, obvious thought we had a relationship and thought it was a bit too soon”! “She wants you back”? “Yeah I guess so”! “So I guess our dinner is cancelled”! I asked. “God, sorry I forgot”! “Yeah, well it’s no problem I think I’ll go out”! I said. “”! “ don’t I’ll see you tomorrow or some other time”! I said put on my shoes and my jacket. When I came outside the tears rolled down my cheeks, obvious I liked him a lot, but I had to forget about it, he was not to be trusted. When I was a long way from the house, a car past by me and rolled down the window. “”! I heard ‘s voice, but kept going! “Get inside”! “Why”? I asked and turned to him. He stopped the car and jumped out immediately. “Have you been crying”! I turned to him again, “God you are crying”! “Well it’s nothing, just miss ”! “I thought you loved it here”! He said all puzzled. “I do, but I miss my mam and my friends”! “Well why don’t you get into the car, we can go and buy some groceries and I’ll cook that dinner as I promised”! “What about ”? “No, it’s over, I can’t do it again”! He said with a smile. “Okay”! I went with him to the car and he opened the door for me. “Thank you”! “You’re welcome”! He said and I sat down. He closed the door and ran around the car and got inside. “It just started raining”! He said. “Okay”! I just said. “Why are you crying”? He asked. “Well I just found out that I can’t trust the man I live with”! “Of course you can, it’s just new to me to live with a girl again, I had just gotten used to being myself”! “Yes and that’s fine, I will just start cooking for myself, we are first of all room mates”!
When we got to the house again parked the car and looked at me, “Room mates”? He asked. “No sorry, I guess you are my boss”! “I am not your boss ”! “Well then I don’t know what we are”! I whispered. “Can we start as friends”! He asked. “Okay”! “Hi I am , I am very forget full, but I can be trusted”! I started smiling. “I am I put too many feelings into things where they don’t need to be put”! “Come on let’s get inside and order a pizza instead, I’ll be cooking a meal some other time”! “Sounds good ”! I said and followed him into the house. I sat down in the couch and found the pizza note. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and he ordered something else. Half an hour later they arrived and we ate in front of the telly. “So my friend I am pretty exhausted, I am going to bed. I have to visit the university tomorrow, so don’t expect to see me most of the day”! I said. “Okay, when are you going”! “I’ll just head off when I am awake, sleep tight”! “You too ”! “If we are friends you can just call me ”! I replied. “Okay ”! I took my jacket and went to my room.
“So I heard and you are trying again”! said when he, , and sat at ’s place. “Where the fuck did you hear that”? “Well that’s what she says”! said. “Well she is wrong, I am not doing that to myself one more time”! “Okay, too bad, she is a sweet girl”! “Yeah I know, but we tried to work things out and it didn’t, so there is no reason to go back”! said. “So what about your fan mail girl”? asked. “What is talking about”? asked. “My mum hired this girl to sort out my mail and she is staying with me”! “And he says that she is gorgeous”! said smiling. “So could she be someone you would consider as a girlfriend”? asked. “Well I think about her 24/7, so I guess so”! admitted. “Why not do anything about it then”? asked. “Because I am not home much and she deserves more. She deserves a man who doesn’t forget when they have planned to eat dinner together or a man, whose ex doesn’t show up yelling in the house and I am not that man”! said a bit sad. “Why don’t you let her decide that”! said. “Just let it go”! “ let time works it magic, I am sure you’ll find the one, I did”! said smiling at receiving a kiss on the cheek.
On his way home he decided to buy her a bouquet of flowers. “It can’t hurt”! He said to himself. When he stepped inside he smelled dinner and started to smile. “Honey I am home”! He yelled with a smile.
I had decided to make Lasagne for dinner, so there would be enough if decided to come home. When I heard his voice I started to smile. “I’m in the kitchen”! “What are you making”! He said smiling. “Nothing much, just Lasagne”! “I love Lasagne”! “So where are you going with that beautiful bouquet”! I said envying the girl who would receive them. “Oh I bought them for you, I thought I would make up the two dinners and the ex yelling in our house”! “It’s okay, it’s your house, I am just working for a room”! smiled and handed me the flowers. “Thank you they are very beautiful”! “So are you”! He said coming closer. “Thank you”! I said blushing. He smiled and reached out for my cheek. “I really like you”! “”! I sighed. “I am thinking about you all the time, I know I am not the man you deserve, but…”! “, you are more than that”! I said and covered his lips with mine, obvious taking him by surprise! “I am not home much”! “I know, but I’ll survive, I’ll be busy studying”! “Are you sure”! “Yes I am sure, I think about you all the time as well”! “Sounds good”! He said kissing me again. “ I think the Lasagne is ready”! “Great, it smells delicious. We sat down eating and talked a lot before we went to bed. For the first time sleeping in the same bed, not doing anything but kiss and sleep tight together!
3 months after I was busy with school and busy touring with the lads. I had the perfect boyfriend and if that meant that he was away for a long time, so be it. We would survive I was madly in love with him, but I guess I had been since the first time I saw him. Luckily for me, he turned out to feel the same. He would call me 3 times a day and send me the sweetest messages and I never got tired of it. There were a lot in the media about him being back together with , but I knew it was all crap, so that didn’t bother me.
“ how are things going with ”? asked. “Perfect, I am happier than I have ever been. She truly is the one”! “Really what about all the stuff with ”? “I have no idea where that comes from. All the pictures in the media are old and knows that, she is taking it pretty well”! “She trust you”! “Yeah she does and there are no reason why she shouldn’t I love her”! replied. “Have you told her that”? “No not yet, I am thinking about telling her when we get back home I want to see that beautiful face of hers while I tell her”! “A romantic are you”! “I am trying to be everything she wants”! “I have never seen you like this”! “So is she hot”! asked coming from behind. “Very hot”! said smiling. “Go call her, tell her we will be back tomorrow”! “No, I want to surprise her”! “Are you sure that’s a good thing”! “Of course I am”! said.
I woke up and still my period hadn’t come, I decided to go to the pharmacy to get a pregnancy test. I knew it wouldn’t be good if I was pregnant with ’s baby already after 3 months. Only his band mates and family knew about our relationship, so how would the press take it if it came out that I lived at his place being pregnant. When I came down to the pharmacy, , ’s mother was there and recognised me immediately. “Oh hi , how are you doing”? “Oh pretty good, can’t complain. I am looking forward to have him back home. Even I am busy with school and work I still miss him”. “Yes I know what it’s like, so what are you doing here”! She asked a bit concerned. “Oh I just came to see if they had what I needed”! “And that would be”! She asked. “Oh I really don’t want to say that out loud”! I said, blushing a bit. “Oh hun, I am so sorry for being nosy”! “It’s totally fine, it’s all new to you as well, but I promise you I am not sick”! “That’s good”! “Well I am here, because has a sore throat and needs something for it. “Okay”! “Number 27”! “Oh that’s me”! said with a smile and went to the disk. “Why don’t you come for lunch”! said when she had paid for the stuff she needed. “Oh I would love that, I will stop by very soon”! “I can just wait for you”? “I need to go to the post office afterwards, so I will just be there as fast as I can”! I said smiling. “Okay, see you soon”! “Okay”! I said smiling and soon after it was my turn and disappeared out of the pharmacy. “So can I help you”? The lady behind the desk asked. “Well I would like to buy a pregnancy test or a few different ones”! I told her.“Okay I will get them for you”! I stood waiting when finally the lady showed up with my bag of pregnancy tests. “Here you go”! “Thank you so much”! I replied and paid and hurried out afterwards.
I skipped the post office and drove as mad as I could until I was home. I ran all the way from the car and to the house. When I came inside I ran immediately to the toilet, not even noticing in the kitchen.
While I sat on the toilet with a pregnancy test between my thighs, the door opened. “Hi sweetie what’s the hurry”! I heard say and looked up. “OH MY GOD. when did you get back”? I asked not knowing what to do with the stick. “An hour ago, what do you have there”? He asked doing a movement with his head towards the stick. “Erm..”! I said finding it hard to tell him. “ is that a pregnancy test”? He asked doing the movement with his head again. “Yes , I skipped my period, I am so sorry”! “Why are you sorry, it’s not your fault”! He said smiling a bit. “Whose fault is it then”! “Well it’s both our faults, but what’s the problem, if you’re pregnant it’s amazing, if not we’ll try some other time when time is right”! I smiled at him, “So you aren’t mad at me” I asked relieved. “No not at all, why should I be mad”? He asked. “Well as you say it isn’t the right time. You are a very successful pop star, as far as the fans and the press knows, you are single AND you are absolutely not about to become a father”! “I don’t know am I”? He said doing the movement with his head again. I looked to the stick and then at , “SO”? He asked. “Well it’s positive”! “It is”? He almost whispered. “Yes, but that doesn’t mean I am pregnant , I have bought several tests and I will take one each time I am on the loo”! started to laugh. “Well I guess I am going to be become a father sooner than I thought”! “Yeah, if you want it that is”! “Are you crazy, of course I want it”! He said. “ you really have to be sure, I know I want it, but if it’s too difficult for you, we can just find some place else to stay, so it doesn’t look like it’s yours”! I explained. “Why would I want it to look like it’s not mine. I love you and we are going to have this baby”! “You love me”? I asked surprised by his words! “Yes I love you, I’ve missed you like crazy and being away from you, have made me realise that you are the only girl I want to be with”! “I love you as well ”! “Then why ask me all those questions about moving out”! He asked. “I just thought it would be easier for you”! “Nope it will make it all worse, I want you and our baby here in our house and no where else”! Suddenly my phone started ringing, “Oh for fucks sake, I totally forgot”! “Forgot what”? asked. “Well I met your mother at the pharmacy and she asked me to stop by for dinner”! “Okay, well we can do that, let it ring and let’s drive”! said.
“Oh there you are”! said smiling. “Yeah I brought someone”! I said smiling back. “Hi mum”! said giving her a huge hug. “ what are you doing home already”? She asked. “Well I missed too much and luckily we were done a day earlier than we thought”! “Well then it’s good that there are enough lunch”! “Mum there is always enough”! said smiling.
When we sat by the table eating looked at me and took my hand. “Mum, dad, this may come as a surprise, but we are having a baby”! He said. and both dropped their fork. “Are you serious”! “Yes, took a pregnancy test and it was positive. We are very excited about it, so please be happy for us”! “Sure of course we are happy”! said smiling. “Very happy congratulations that was soon”! said. “We know, it must have slipped it wasn’t planned”! I said blushing a bit. “No but we are happy it happened right”! said. “Yes very happy”! I said. I was so afraid to lose the baby, first of all had already tried to lose a baby and second I had no idea how far in the pregnancy I was.
When we came home I went to our bedroom. “Hey what’s wrong”? “Well you could have warned me”! “About”? He asked. “Telling your parents”! “I shouldn’t have or”! He asked. “Well I just think it’s a bit too soon. We have no idea how far I am”! “They won’t tell and they were really happy”! “I know they were, but what if I lose it”! “You won’t, the reason why lost our baby was because it wasn’t meant to be, but I am pretty sure it’s meant to be with the two of us”! “Pretty sure”! “No , I am 100 percent sure”! “Okay”! I said smiling and kissed him. “I really can’t wait, what do you want a boy or a girl”? He asked. “Don’t care we will just make one more baby afterwards”! “Yeah not a bad idea, I love making babies with you”! said kissing me. “I love making babies with you too”!
